INTEGRATION OVERVIEW
The electronic invoice law is now applicable in many countries around the world. The technical and legal requirements for e-Invoicing differ from country to country.
ITCROSS has developed a configurable integration and allows JD Edwards customers to build their own integration files, so that they can easily make changes in case there is a law modification.
Other benefit of this configurable solution is that JD Edwards customers do to get tied to any Oracle Partner or Electronic Invoice vendor: they are trained in the integration tool, and they will be able to modify or create new integration files in the future without any assistance.
TOOL’s FEATURES
- The integration is completely developed with JD Edwards Toolkit, it is deployed with a .par file.
- Configurable and powerful tool that allows users to create the integration files, by mapping JD Edwards standard tables and fields, and even creating new custom fields.
- ITCROSS solution allows users to automatically send Accounts Receivable or Sales Order Processing invoices from JD Edwards to E-invoice 3rd party or Tax Authority automatically.
- Users can setup as many invoice templates as they need, depending on the country.
- The solution generates txt files, and XML files
- The solution also accepts an interface back from the Tax Authority if needed, updating in JD Edwards fiscal data such as the e-invoice approval number (applicable to some countries only).
